Roles & Responsibilities
Architecture & Design (30%)
Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and event-driven distributed architectures.
Evaluate existing application landscapes and identify areas where refactoring to proper design patterns (e.g., Domain-Driven Design, Event Sourcing, Circuit Breakers) improves maintainability and system resilience.
Lead design reviews and construct technical blueprints that map clear system interactions and data flows.
Data & Messaging Engineering (40%)
Author highly optimized, transactional schemas and queries in Oracle RDBMS; diagnose slow-running queries using execution plans and introduce indexing or caching schemas appropriately.
Design event streams and topic schemas in Apache Kafka that guarantee data consistency, fault tolerance, and minimal latency across independent microservices.
Manage complex distributed transaction patterns (e.g., Saga Pattern) where traditional ACID properties across single databases are unachievable.
Leadership & Full-Stack Evolution (30%)
