Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Java FullStack Lead Developer (Backend Focus) for their McLean, VA location.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications with a strong focus on backend systems, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- 10+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring, Spring Boot.
- Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.
- Strong backend development experience.
- Experience with REST APIs and Web Services.
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, JMS).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Prior experience working with financial regulatory or compliance-based organizations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Technical Flavor: Expect a heavy focus on Full Stack, AWS/Cloud, and Angular combinations.
- Communication: Good communication skills are mandatory.
