Rapid Eagle Inc is looking for a talented and driven Java Fullstack Lead to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities:
Lead fullstack development efforts using Java-based backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and modern frontend technologies
Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web applications
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Drive CI/CD pipeline management, DevOps integration, and deployment strategies
Ensure application security, performance optimization, and code quality standards are met
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Java fullstack development with a proven leadership track record
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
