Job Title: Java Developer (Multi-Tier Architecture, Oracle PL/SQL & JPA) 13+ Years Exp

Location: Menands, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, maintaining, upgrading, and debugging Java 8/J2EE distributed applications, including RESTful services, domain-driven microservices, Spring Boot, API Gateway, and web services.
  • Experience designing and implementing APIs, including remote and local APIs, routing, reverse proxying, load balancing, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience designing and developing secure applications using Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) principles, security APIs, transport- and message-level security, encryption/decryption technologies, SAML, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Experience utilizing version control systems, source code management, continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), automated testing, and release management practices.
  • Experience developing and supporting information technology solutions for public sector or government organizations.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining applications that comply with HIPAA requirements, including data encryption and security best practices for protecting sensitive healthcare information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technology discipline from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be provided with the candidate submission.
