Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer (Advanced) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-scale software engineering, Agile delivery, and modern DevOps practices and a proven ability to design, build, and deliver resilient, secure, and scalable applications across heterogeneous environments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one technology and design technique, contributing across large-scale programs.
- Engineer solutions across multiple operating systems and infrastructure environments for firm-wide initiatives.
- Lead and coach teams in Agile frameworks and foster high-quality engineering practices.
- Implement and advocate for Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, cloud-native patterns, resiliency, and security by design.
- Provide technical coaching in at least one core skill and elevate engineering standards across teams.
- Assess emerging technologies and trends, and influence their application to meet business objectives.
- Represent the firm through knowledge sharing such as talks or publications, as appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in Java and Springboot.
- Proficiency across the software development lifecycle, toolchains, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, security, and resiliency engineering.
- Demonstrated coaching, mentorship, and collaboration skills in Agile environments.
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple operating systems and infrastructure platforms.
- Experience with SQL relational database
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in AI across: agentic workflows, agent delegation, analysis, and conversational prompting
