Job Title - Java Technical Lead
Experience Required - 10+ years
Location - Malvern, PA
Hire Type - Fulltime (Hybrid)
Roles & Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in Java software development, system integration, backend architecture, and database design.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and API development.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, including ECS, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift, Kinesis, Glue Jobs, and Lambda.
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries, database optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating third-party products, APIs, data sources, and services.
- Collaborate with front-end teams using Angular or React to build seamless application interfaces.
- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing, and production support.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, system analysis, and architecture documentation.
- Ensure application security, data protection, scalability, and resilience.
- Preferred experience with cloud migration, Python, Agile, Jira, Confluence, and AWS Solutions Architect certification.
