JBC-Breaks Man 2nd Shift

Summary:

To learn and perform all jobs within the department to be able to relieve employees as they break. Learns to operate and operates all equipment in the departments.

Essential Functions:

• Learn to operate and operates all equipment to keep the line running by operating all equipment as employees take their breaks.
• Ability to perform all phases of the mixing operation including, but not limited to, knowledge of location and types of ingredients, measuring and weighing processes, reading and understanding batch tickets.
• Fills 20-40 pound bags with product and stacks them 25-50 bags per pallet.
• Lifts hot 25-pound loaves of bread from conveyor and places it on the racks.
• Lifts cool 25-pound loaves of bread from the racks; and place bread on a conveyor to be ground down.
• Operates all department equipment as listed above.
• Performs department Sanitation as needed (Dry cleaning/Wet Washing).
• Performs other related duties as needed.

Salary:

• Starting at $20.21- $25.27 an hour.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education, training or experience (GED)
• The employee will be required to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• The employee will regularly lift, bend, push, and pull.
• Mathematical and problem solving skills to successfully perform the job.

Work Environment:

The job is performed in production areas where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles emanating from ingredients being used, and will be in the presence of or otherwise operating machinery.
