Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry and luxury watches tailored to their needs and budget
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and watch brands
• Present and demonstrate merchandise, including custom and bridal jewelry options
• Process sales transactions, layaways, and special orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain attractive and organized jewelry cases and displays

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry, luxury goods, or watches
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to learn and articulate product details, including gemstone grading and watch movements
• Professional appearance and demeanor befitting a luxury retail environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
