Demonstrated knowledge, dedication, experience, and ability to teach football skills and conditioning program
Ability to teach student athletes sportsmanship, responsibility, discipline, teamwork, commitment, pride, and fun
Ability to communicate effectively with the students and parents and enforce rules and expectations equitably
Demonstrated ability to serve as a positive role model
Availability and willingness to help with summer football program(s), and other out of season camps, clinics, etc., as may be needed or desired
Proven successful experience with high school and/or junior high school students
Current valid first aid card
Experience and/or training in the care and prevention of athletic injuries preferred
Be willing to maintain coaches' standards as established by WIAA
Be able to clear WSP/FBI Criminal Background check
