As part of the leadership team at Jiffy Lube, you will work closely with other team members to develop and shape the future of our business. These jobs center on five key responsibilities:
Job Development- Hire, position, and train the right team members for the right roles. Provide accountability and feedback for prioritizing job expectations while following company policy.
Business Development- Grow the business by utilizing proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability. Plan & track budget forecasting models.
Self-Development- Take the initiative to own your personal growth and ask the powerful questions that lead to innovation, progress and success.
Leadership Development- Increase leadership growth, knowledge, and capacity within the team by providing coaching, opportunities, and resources.

Requirements/Responsibilities:
PREFER have 1 to 3 years experience managing and working with vehicles
Available 50 hours per week depending on position. Shifts will include a mix of day, evenings up to 6 pm only, and weekends.
Participate in day to day operations in a high-volume service & repair shop setting.
High school or equivalent (Required)
18 Years or older with a Driver's License (Required)

Starting Wages from:
Store Managers $38,500-$52,000 Annually
Salary Determined on Annual Net Sales
Multiple Bonus Platforms allow you to earn up to an additional $22,000 annually
