We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to configure, customize, and support Jira Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JSM administration, workflow automation, ScriptRunner, ProForma, and Insight/Assets , with experience developing integrations and automating administrative tasks. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient Jira solutions.
Required Skills:
Jira Service Management (JSM) Administration
Jira configuration (workflows, field configurations, notifications, permission & security schemes)
Automation workflows
ScriptRunner development/customization
ProForma forms configuration
Insight/Assets configuration and management
Atlassian Plugin SDK (Server/DC) - preferred
REST API/integration development
SDLC, Git/source control, automated testing, and deployment
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
Jira Server/Data Center administration
Experience with enterprise integrations and automation
Agile/Scrum environment experience
