* Utilize Generative AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve configuration quality, and support Agile process development.

* Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to teams to foster effective Jira utilization and Agile adoption.

Qualifications

* Extensive experience administering Jira at scale in complex, multi-project environments, including permission schemes and issue security.

* Proven ability to define, operationalize, and scale Agile practices within Jira, including PI planning and roadmap configuration.
