Title: Job Analyst (Contract)
Location: Chicago, IL
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible On-Site)
Hire Type: Contract (6 months)
Comp: $30-$35/hr

Overview
We’re partnering with a leading organization to bring on a Job Analyst to support their Global Total Rewards team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into job structures, analyzing roles, and building clear, data-driven job descriptions that align with broader career frameworks.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct job evaluations through interviews, surveys, and research
  • Analyze roles to define responsibilities, qualifications, and performance metrics
  • Create clear, structured job descriptions aligned with industry standards
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure accurate role representation
  • Support development of competency frameworks and career pathing
  • Assist with building job architecture, skill matrices, and progression plans
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in job evaluation, compensation, or HR analysis
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written communication—ability to translate complex info clearly
  • Experience working with HR systems and data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Nice to Have:
  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
  • Spanish language skills
