We are seeking a motivated Shear Operator to assist with managing and processing steel orders.
Responsibilities include following all safety protocols, manipulating raw materials to meet customer specifications, and safely operating tools and equipment such as shear, CNC burning table, forklift, and cranes.
The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, and maintaining spatial awareness around moving objects.
Qualifications include the ability to read work orders, use basic computer applications, perform intermediate math, and work independently or in a team.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate good planning, communication, and safety awareness.
