Position Type:

Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent vocational/technical certification
- 5 years of architecture, residential construction, or project management experience
- 2 years of project or people management experience
- Experience with AutoCAD, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of construction documents and building codes
- Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, and stakeholders
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work onsite 3 days a week
Preferences:
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Experience with SketchUp, BIM360
- Residential experience
- Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external teams and projects to meet schedules, budget, and quality standards
- Collaborate with various departments for informed decision-making
- Assist in design initiatives and new technology projects
- Lead and engage team members, sharing experiences and best practices
- Provide continuous improvement opportunities by identifying roadblocks and suggesting solutions
- Ensure project deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Read and understand construction codes
- Exercise independent judgment and manage data effectively
- Support senior leadership in decision-making with business analysis
- Plan and prioritize tasks with attention to detail and effective time management
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Incorporate new practices and ideas into existing frameworks
