Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent vocational/technical certification.
- 5 years of experience in architecture, construction, or a related field.
- 2 years of project or people management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of architectural and construction practices, including construction documents and building codes.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, teams, consultants, and project schedules.
Preferences:
- Bachelor of Architecture.
- Experience with SketchUp and BIM360.
- Residential experience.
- Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external teams and projects to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with counterparts in other groups such as Design and Engineering.
- Assist Design Team in creating and evaluating design initiatives.
- Lead and interact with team members by sharing experiences and best practices.
- Meet project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards for new construction documents and revisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project workflow criteria.
- Exercise independent judgment and manage data effectively.
- Assist in the creation and governance of standards and procedures.
