Current Project Portfolio:
  • Our active projects include a diverse mix of housing, community, educational, and institutional developments, such as:

  • This position will contribute to a variety of projects from design development through construction administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate architectural design and construction documentation.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive drawing sets and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Participate in design development, detailing, and technical coordination.
  • Conduct code research and ensure compliance with applicable building regulations.
  • Support project delivery through construction administration activities.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Contribute to sustainable and resource-efficient design solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Strong design, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience preparing and coordinating construction documents.
  • Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and detailing.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp; experience with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
  • Familiarity with building codes, ADA requirements, energy compliance standards, and sustainable design practices.
  • Experience with Type I, III, and/or V construction.
  • Previous experience on multi-family residential, civic, institutional, or community-focused projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
  • Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, strong organizational abilities, and passion for quality design.
