    What you'll be doing

    • Monitor quality and general work performance, and coordination to make necessary adjustments to given task and environmental modifications to ensure consumer success
    • Transportation and Participation in Community Activities
    • Personal Care/Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
    • Provide vocational supports in a variety of settings; community and facility based
    • Encourages independence and building of natural supports within the work environment
    • Maintain a productive working relationship with host companies and employers

    Job Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • 3-5 years of experience working with persons with disabilities preferred in a vocational setting
    • Valid State of Michigan driver's license required
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs
    • Ability to pass background checks as applicable
    • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
    • Possess basic computer skills
