Job Coach

The Job Coach supports community inclusion and integrated employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or physical disabilities through job coaching within Goodwills Transitional Work Experience (TWE) and at community-based employment work sites. This position provides support and advocacy for persons at community job placements. Provides job coaching to trainees on the job to ensure work performance meets employer job specifications.
