Are you a natural motivator who loves seeing others succeed? First Resources Corp. is looking for an energetic Part-Time Job Coach to join our Supported Employment team in Fairfield. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with individuals, providing the coaching and encouragement they need to thrive in the workplace and achieve long-term independence.

Professional Advocacy: Act as a liaison between clients, employers, and supervisors to ensure a supportive work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to helping others.
Experience in human services is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
