The supported Employment Services Program is looking for a full-time Job coach to provide employment supports to Individuals with developmental disabilities. The Job Coach instructs their assigned Individuals in the work skills and behaviors needed to complete and be successful in their job.

People Inc. is Western New York's leading non-profit human services agency. In 1970, a small group of parents and professionals joined together to address the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities and formed what would grow to become People Inc. The agency expanded its mission to include a wider variety of services to address the needs of people with developmental disabilities and disabling conditions, as well as the general public.
