About the Role:
Network 1 Inc is looking for a passionate and motivated Job Coach to join our team in Lawndale, CA! Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and career counseling to clients seeking employment
• Assist clients with resume writing, cover letter development, and job application processes
• Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve interview skills
• Develop individualized employment plans tailored to each client's skills, goals, and needs
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job placement opportunities
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support during job search and onboarding
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with program requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in job coaching, workforce development, career counseling, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of local job market, employment resources, and community services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with barriers to employment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
• Bachelor's degree in social services, human resources, or a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
