• $18 –High School Diploma/GED
• $19 –Associate’s Degree
• $20 –Bachelor’s Degree
• $21 –Master’s Degree

Are you passionate about helping others achieve independence and success in the workplace? We're looking for compassionate, motivated, and dependable Job Coaches to support individuals with disabilities as they build meaningful careers and thrive in their communities.

Available Openings:

1 Position: Monday–Friday | 1: 00 PM –10: 00 PM
2 Positions: Monday–Friday | 10: 00 AM –7: 00 PM (occasional weekends required)

What You'll Do:

Manage a caseload of approximately 10–15 clients
Spend 90% of your time in the field at client job sites
Teach, coach, and support individuals in workplace tasks through demonstration, modeling, observation, counseling, and discussion
Assist with transportation and travel training to and from work sites when needed
Build positive relationships with clients, employers, and community partners
Complete detailed service notes and case documentation after each session
Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term job success

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and client-facing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently and travel throughout the community
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience a plus
Understanding of Person-Centered Planning preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on client needs
