Paraprofessional Job Coach

Gateway Regional has a vacancy for a full-time 10-month Paraprofessional Job Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The position's work day will be 7 hours and 23 minutes including a duty-free lunch. The daily work hours shall be classified as "flexible" and be arranged as necessary by the Paraprofessional Job Coach and Director of Special Services.

Successful candidates for Paraprofessional must have qualifications set in Policy 4126.2 including but not limited to:

• Must be certifiable as a Substitute Teacher.
• Completion of the New Jersey State job coaching program.
• Previous training and experience which is relevant to the specific instruction will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• CDL license (class C) preferred or willing to obtain said license.
• Sales experience or industry credentials that reflect training in areas including career readiness.
• Previous experience with community-based instruction preferred.
• Be of good moral character and capable of making connections with the community and students through age 21.

The salary range would be $44,632 - $47,532. It's based on the GREA guide plus $10,000.
