Client: Financial/Banking.
Job Title: Marketing Program Manager
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 9-12 months (full time chances)
Pay : $75/hr. on W2 or $80/hr. on C2C
 
Must be a highly skilled Program Manager with understanding of marketing and a high level of attention to detail
Must have excellent organizational and follow through skills
Must be able to synthesize information and proactively action 
Must be a self-starter
Must be a strong collaborator across multiple stakeholders on varying teams/levels
360 marketing experience a plus
 
The Program Management Grp Manager is responsible for management of complex/critical/large marketing programs. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within marketing and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the program. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Responsible for the end results of an area. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage oversight of marketing program deliverables across the USCC Marketing organization
  • Coordinate creative reviews with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on project outputs.
  • Manage calendar and logistics for creative review meetings.
  • Manage implementation process from planning to delivery, including targeting and criteria support, drive calendar management, issue resolution, validation and testing
  • Track deliverables, identifies opportunities, and escalates areas of concern
  • Identifies and engages key stakeholders and facilitates programs across complex cross functional teams
  • Develop marketing roadmaps and track progress of initiatives and investments
  • Support executive level reviews of initiatives.
  • Provide on-the-ground support to teams to help accelerate critical initiatives.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring appropriate risk management routines are being implemented to drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Track record of delivering strategies to deliver exceptional customer and digital experiences.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and strong general project management skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with others in a team environment.
  • Understanding and experience across a broad range of digital capabilities, tools, and best practices is highly desired.
 
Education:
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
