Seeking a Job Site Foreman to lead daily operations on high-end residential projects. This role requires strong leadership, construction expertise, and a commitment to quality and schedules.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead on-site construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and sequencing
Enforce safety standards and keep site organized
Track timelines and report delays
Ensure work meets blueprints and premium standards
Communicate with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Maintain accurate job logs and documentation
Resolve field issues and adapt to site conditions
Mentor and train staff and crews
Oversee inspections, logistics, and code compliance
Qualifications
5–10 years in construction with 3+ years as foreman or supervisor
Skilled in reading blueprints and drawings
Strong knowledge of residential practices: framing, finish carpentry, site layout, mechanical coordination
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Familiarity with site technology and scheduling software a plus
Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License preferred
