Job Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Manages quality on roof installs keeps communication with the install team to eliminate common mistakes.

Manages client communication and satisfaction.

Manages project-specific checklist.

Keeps home exteriors safe from damage.

Keeps debris away from walkways and neighboring yards.

Dumps trailers.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay between $20-$25/hour depending on experience. $2 more per hour for bilingual

$20-$25/hr (DOE) + Overtime Opportunities

Steady year-round work (no storm chasing)

PTO + paid holidays

Preferred Qualities:

Self starter and Motivated.

Not afraid to talk to people and enjoy helping people.

Do not need micromanaging but work well in a collaborative setting, we offer training to set you up for success.

Someone who does not have the words "I can't" in their vocabulary- a problem solver.

Can handle constructive criticism and is a great communicator.
