Pardue Distributing is seeking a proactive and personable Field Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This commission-only role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy face-to-face client interaction, building long-term relationships, and selling high-demand janitorial and facility products directly to businesses and institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and visit potential B2B clients within your assigned territory
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and consultations
Understand client needs and recommend tailored supply solutions
Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
Maintain ongoing relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools (if applicable)
Requirements
2+ years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in distribution or facility services
Strong interpersonal and closing skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Reliable transportation for in-person client visits
Comfortable with commission-only compensation
Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile sales tools (preferred)
Professional appearance and communication style
