The HR Analyst, Compliance will be responsible for providing analysis of various human resources programs. This position will conduct government reporting such as EEO1 and Affirmative Action plans, as well as provide support and analysis for hourly compensation programs and the company's electronic I9 Tool. The HR Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, compliance, and identifying and executing process improvement opportunities. In addition, he/she will assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and develop relevant documents. This position is a cross functional assignment that interfaces with multiple facets of the business including, Field HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Legal, IT and Operations. This position will report to the HR Compliance Manager.
5+ years of professional-level HR or HRIS HR systems reporting or project management experience preferred Working knowledge of labor laws such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, PFL, HIPAA Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from accredited college or university Prior HR experience in Construction or Manufacturing environment preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel required, Advanced experience preferred Knowledge of organizational communication tools and how to effectively utilize Strong analytical and quantitative skills required Strong attention to details Strong ability to interpret and analyze workforce data (examples of prior work may be requested) Work with multiple levels of leadership to support enforce HR compliance requirement
Capable of working in an open concept office environment Available to work extended hours from time to time Job involves sitting most of the time with walking or standing for brief periods of time Physical Requirements Requires stationary position, traverse, move, transport, and the ability to significant degree to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, or position Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
