About the Role:
Join CARSTENS OIL COMPANY INC as a Jobsite Delivery Driver and be a vital part of our team delivering top-notch fuel solutions to our valued clients in Fort Wayne, IN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your driving skills and customer service will shine.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport fuel and oil products to job sites.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload products with care, maintaining product integrity.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any delivery issues.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for record-keeping.
- Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams to optimize delivery routes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards at all times.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience in delivery driving or logistics preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
