A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER As an assistant general manager you'll oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and lead and inspire our front of house staff. Working closely with the general manager, you'll coordinate the planning, organizing and training necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
