Johnnys Diner - Shift Supervisor

Voted the #1 Diner in Hampshire County, Johnny's Roadside Diner is a modernly new & classic diner serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch favorites. We are looking to add a Shift Supervisor to our team specifically for Sundays and Mondays!

Compensation Band: This position earns $23 an hour pending experience. The right candidate is passionate about hospitality, great food & drink and leading a team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A team player with a hospitality first mentality and a willingness to learn

• Positive attitude, ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflict

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

• Willing to accept guidance in a positive manner and implement the direction in a way that is productive for both you and the team

• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and results driven

• Ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time

• One year restaurant experience preferred, but we will train the right restaurant candidate who shows a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment

WORK SCHEDULE

This part-time position is weekly for Sundays and Mondays, with additional shifts available on occasion.
