A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SOUS CHEF As our Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing the highest-quality food and overseeing the kitchen's daily operations to ensure the kitchen runs at peak efficiency and maintains overall standards consistent with that of Bean Restaurant Group. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys taking a hands-on approach to kitchen management and will have experience as a Sous Chef.
