Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon or Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our established Spine Surgery team in Virginias beautiful Shenandoah Valley. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, well-established practice with a strong referral base, experienced support staff, and access to advanced surgical technology.

Position Highlights: 

• Advanced Technology: Access to the Medtronic Mazor Spine Robot
• Established endoscopic spine surgery program utilizing Arthrex technology 
• Established Patient Base: Strong existing patient panel with referrals from primary care and specialty providers throughout the region
• Supportive Team: Well-staffed with clinical, administrative, scheduling and APP support.  
• Shared call schedule: 10 days per month, 24-hour shifts. 

Salary

Starting Salary $870,652

Sign-On- $50,000

Relocation: $10,000 (receipt based)
