We are hiring full and part-time DSPs to join our teams at group homes in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County area. 
You’ll help with:

• Daily living skills
• Community outings
• Medication administration (we train you!)
• Progress notes and documentation
• Encouraging independence and personal growth

You’ll need:

• HS diploma/GED
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, respect, and responsibility
• A strong attendance record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• The ability to work weekends

Hiring range: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience
