We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Hospitalist Physician to become part of the largest hospital employed collaborative hospitalist groups dedicated to delivering exceptional inpatient care in a supportive and physician-friendly environment.

• 15 daytime rounders, 2 daytime admitters, 2 nocturnists plus APP support

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for hospitalized adult patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Coordinate care with consulting physicians, nursing staff, and care management teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Mississippi
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
