Are you someone with basic construction knowledge who’s eager to learn and grow in the remodeling industry? New Works Remodeling is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Bath Installer Helper, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time Acrylic Bath Installer.

Your Role:

As a Bath Installer Helper, you will assist lead installers with bathroom remodeling projects while learning the skills needed to become a professional installer. This is a great opportunity for someone hardworking, dependable, and motivated to build a career in construction and home remodeling.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in bathroom remodeling projects, including demolition and installation
  • Support lead installers with carpentry and basic construction tasks
  • Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow company installation standards and procedures
  • Interact professionally with customers on job sites
  • Learn installation techniques and product knowledge
  • Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time

Qualifications:

  • Basic construction or handyman knowledge preferred (no formal experience required)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to use or learn basic hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 75–100 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
