Your Role:
As a Bath Installer Helper, you will assist lead installers with bathroom remodeling projects while learning the skills needed to become a professional installer. This is a great opportunity for someone hardworking, dependable, and motivated to build a career in construction and home remodeling.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in bathroom remodeling projects, including demolition and installation
- Support lead installers with carpentry and basic construction tasks
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company installation standards and procedures
- Interact professionally with customers on job sites
- Learn installation techniques and product knowledge
- Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
Qualifications:
- Basic construction or handyman knowledge preferred (no formal experience required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to use or learn basic hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 75–100 pounds
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
