Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred.
  • Active HHA certification/license preferred.
  • Physically capable of performing assigned caregiving duties.
  • Ability to safely handle body fluids and other potentially hazardous materials.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meets all applicable personnel and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect personal care services in the client's home under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Follow individualized care plans and assigned care instructions.
  • Maintain a safe environment and utilize proper safety procedures while delivering care.
  • Observe and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs to the supervising nurse.
  • Document services provided accurately and submit required records promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and healthcare team members.
  • Support clients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
  • Adhere to all state regulations and company policies governing the Home Health Aide role.
