About the Role: Avadis Residential Living is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to join our team in the Katy/Richmond, TX area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of those who need it most, all within a warm and supportive residential environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and daily physical activities
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
Administer medications and monitor health conditions per care plan
Offer companionship and emotional support to residents and their families
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Document and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate personnel
Requirements:
Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related personal care role preferred
Ability to live on-site and provide consistent, around-the-clock care
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Must pass a background check and have valid identification
Valid Driver's License
