Our Key Roles
Mitigation Technician
As a Mitigation Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of our emergency response. You’ll work with clients to remove water, fire, or mold damage, stabilize affected areas, and set the stage for successful restoration. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll make an immediate impact during challenging times.
Reconstruction Technician
Reconstruction Technicians bring properties back to life. In this role, you’ll use your carpentry and construction skills to repair, rebuild, and restore homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition. Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship are key.
Estimator
Our Estimators are experts at turning disaster into a roadmap for recovery. You’ll assess property damages, create accurate estimates, and ensure projects align with insurance requirements. Estimators play a critical role in building trust with clients and keeping projects on track.
Business Developer
Business Developers at RestoreCore drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and insurance professionals. You’ll represent RestoreCore’s mission, identify new opportunities, and showcase the value we bring to every restoration project.
Administrative Team Members
Behind every successful restoration is a strong support team. As part of our Administrative team, you’ll coordinate projects, communicate with clients, manage documentation, and ensure our operations run smoothly. Your organizational skills and professionalism will help clients feel supported throughout the process.
