Role Responsibilities:
As a Hand Orthopedic Surgeon, your duties will include:
Conducting thorough evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for foot and ankle issues, encompassing trauma, sports injuries, deformities, arthritis, and complex reconstructive requirements.
Performing surgical procedures on the foot and ankle, including arthroscopy, fracture management, tendon and ligament repairs, ankle replacements, and minimally invasive techniques.
Creating personalized treatment plans that may involve both surgical and non-surgical methods.
Interpreting diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
Collaborating with orthopedic colleagues, physical therapists, podiatrists, and other specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications Required:
Graduation from an accredited Medical School
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Possession of an active Medical License in New York
