POSITION SUMMARY: Partners with the Surgical Navigator to manage joint replacement services within Surgery and Inpatient departments. Creates functional strategies forthe optimal perioperative care of joint and spine surgical patients by developing, implementing and evaluating individual patient goals. Must applyflexibility and adaptability based on departmental and patient needs. REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree in Nursing Alaska RN License 3 years of Acute Care Experience Multifaceted knowledge of joint replacement procedures. Multifaceted knowledge of surgical spine procedures and solid knowledge of the overall departmental functions. BLSP required within 30 days of employment.
