Joint Theater Exercise Integrator

Description: As a Theater Joint Integrator, you'll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, MDMP, and JPP to support the client. Employ your expertise to work alongside thought leaders in training, exercises and operations on projects that leverage the capability as represented by the client into the Joint Exercise Program (JEP), this will include the client's contribution to their goals. You'll use your skills and expertise to support Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAI). Provide continuous planning and coordination support throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). Facilitate Air and special operations integration across domains into exercises and policy. You will assist with other Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) program integration, work on INDOPACOM requirements for the client, and coordinate with the components facilitating participation in rotations.Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a field grade in Joint operations5+ years of experience as an exercise plannerExperience with operational planning at the division, corps, or theater levelAbility to play a lead role in coordinating with department and mission partners to ensure resolution of tasks and activitiesAbility to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the timeBachelor's degreeCompletion of Level 1 Professional Military EducationBous Points: Experience in the Indo-Pacific theaterExperience in Joint Air and Special Operation Forces (SOF) integrationExperience operating at a Joint National Training Center (JNTC) accredited facilityKnowledge of Army Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and Joint all Domain OperationsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsGraduate of Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS)Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Top Secret clearance is required
