The Work

This is not a role for passive document management. You will step directly into highly sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional real estate joint ventures and complex limited liability company and partnership agreements.

• High-Stakes Structuring: Work on intricate equity structures, promote mechanics, and governance provisions for major institutional investors and developers.
• Substantive Running Room: The firm's leverage model ensures that mid-level associates handle significant individual responsibilities, leading deals and advising clients directly rather than sitting in the background.
• Elite Portfolio: You will be executing deals that shape the commercial real estate market, backed by the resources of a dominant regional powerhouse.

Who This Is For

You are an intelligent, detail-oriented real estate or corporate attorney who understands that joint ventures are where law and commercial strategy intersect.

• The Profile: 3–6 years of experience handling complex real estate transactions, specifically focused on or inclusive of joint venture agreements and partnership structuring.
• Background: High academic achievement and a background at a major law firm are preferred, alongside the communication skills required to manage sophisticated client relationships.
• Widen the Funnel: While deep JV experience is ideal, strong corporate M&A or general commercial real estate associates who have a foundational understanding of complex LLC structures and a desire to specialize in high-end real estate joint ventures are encouraged to initiate a conversation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $250,000 to $350,000 (Actual placement within the band depends on relevant experience and qualifications).
