What You’ll Do
- Run clean, reliable welds (starting with MIG/stick in flat and horizontal).
- Assist with setup of welding machines, jigs, fixtures, and fabrication tools.
- Perform layout, fit-up, and tack operations from basic drawings and weld symbols.
- Prep and align pipe, tube, and structural materials; observe stainless procedures.
- Conduct visual inspections; identify and help prevent common weld defects.
- Keep an OSHA- and 5S-aligned, safe, and organized work area.
- Collaborate with fabricators, machinists, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Advance to vertical/overhead positions, TIG, stainless, and pressure tasks as skills progress.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Graduation from a recognized welding program or apprenticeship.
- Familiarity with welding tools, processes, and safety protocols.
- Proven capability in flat and horizontal welding.
- Ability to interpret basic shop schematics.
- Motivation to develop advanced fabrication capabilities.

Pay & Incentives
Hourly compensation is expected to range from $27.00 to $55.00, commensurate with education and years of experience. This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
