TradeWorX is hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for immediate commercial construction work in State College, PA. We are seeking versatile carpenters who can independently complete wood and metal framing, blocking, backing, drywall, door and hardware installation, trim work, concrete forming, finish carpentry, and punch-list repairs. Multiple openings are available for dependable professionals with verified field experience, strong production skills, and a safety-focused approach. Selected applicants who accept the position are eligible for a $500 sign on bonus.
Pay & Schedule:
$23.00–$29.00 per hour based on verifiable experience
Monday through Friday schedule
Immediate start
Overtime may become available based on project needs
Weekend work may become available based on project needs

Job Duties:
Complete wood or metal framing, blocking, and backing independently
Install doors, frames, hardware, trim, and finish components
Hang drywall and perform general interior finish work
Complete punch-list repairs and corrective carpentry work
Build and install concrete forms as assigned
Read project conditions and complete work safely to specification
Requirements:
3–4 years of verifiable carpentry experience
Ability to complete journeyman-level carpentry tasks with limited supervision
Commercial framing, trim, door, hardware, and finish-work experience
Experience with drywall, punch-list work, and concrete forming
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
