We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter specializing in precision concrete formwork for commercial and industrial construction projects. Candidates must be able to build complex concrete forms, accurately interpret blueprints, and use laser leveling equipment to establish and verify precise elevations while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Build, install, and strip concrete formwork for structural concrete.
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Use laser leveling equipment to establish and verify precise elevations and layout.
Construct detailed formwork and work with various concrete forming systems and hardware.
Ensure all work meets project tolerances, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project schedules.
Qualifications:
Journeyman-level carpentry experience with structural concrete formwork.
Proficiency using laser leveling equipment for accurate layout and elevation control.
Strong blueprint reading, layout, and measurement skills.
Experience with concrete forming systems and hardware.
Ability to work safely, independently, and with attention to detail.
