SERVPRO CRC is expanding our reconstruction team and we're recruiting an experienced JourneymanCarpenter with strong drywall expertise. Our work is detail-driven, fast-paced, and quality-first. What You Bring We're not looking for beginners — we're looking for professionals.

• Hang, tape, texture, and finish drywall to a high standard
• Repair flood, fire, and demolition damage with precision
• Install doors, trims, hardware, and bath accessories
• Read scope, execute cleanly, and move efficiently
• Work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Maintain a clean, professional jobsite
• Use power tools safely, effectively, and daily

Experience We're Looking For

• 5+ years professional carpentry experience
• Strong drywall repair and finishing background required
• Experience with basic plumbing repairs highly preferred
• Restoration / reconstruction experience is a major plus

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
• Own basic tools (company provides vehicle and heavy equipment)
• Professional communication skills with customers and teammates
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly
• High integrity and strong work ethic

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: DOE (top pay for top talent)
• Monday–Friday
• Stable, consistent work
