Nomad Coatings is hiring an experienced Journeyman Commercial Painter to join our growing team across DFW.
We work on commercial projects including offices, warehouses, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and large-scale interiors and exteriors. If you have solid field experience and take pride in high-quality workmanship, this role offers stable work inside a structured, professional environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of professional painting experience (commercial preferred).
- You understand that proper preparation drives long-term results.
- You can work independently while maintaining quality standards.
- You take pride in clean lines, proper masking, and a consistent finish.
- You are comfortable working on active commercial job sites.
- You follow OSHA and safety protocols without exception.
- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- You are able to pass background and reference checks (required for many DFW commercial sites).
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and paint interior and exterior commercial surfaces.
- Apply commercial coatings, stains, and specialty finishes.
- Execute scope of work accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant job sites.
- Support the Foreman in meeting production timelines.
- Uphold company quality standards on every project.
