DIRECTOR SAFETY
We're looking for a Director of Safety to join our team in Longmont, CO. The Director of Safety leads the development and execution of safety culture, operational excellence, and business strategy across a defined region or project scope. This leadership role combines safety oversight with team development, client relationship management, and long-term growth initiatives. It's a strong career opportunity for experienced safety professionals ready to step into a high-impact, strategic role that shapes company culture and drives measurable results. This role requires frequent travel for site visits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years of relevant field safety experience
Bachelors' degree is preferred, preferably in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Customer Relations Skills
Project Management Skills
Negotiation Skills
The physical activity required for this role includes:
Frequent travel as needed for site visits and client meetings
Frequent site visits in a range of weather conditions, including hot and cold weather
Walking on uneven and variable terrain for long periods
Sitting for extended periods in an office environment
Standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching
Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment
Good vision and hearing, corrected or otherwise
Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
